Be careful:

1. According to the national standards and requirements, "dtex" is used as the unit of yarn density (a certain quality per unit length). 1350 centimeters indicates that the quality of 10,000 meters sewing yarn is 1350 grams. We also use another linear unit of yarn density "den" (Daniel) or "D", which is the mass of 9,000 meters in length, so 1 Dan equals 0.9 deciliters.

2. To avoid harmful gases, do not burn PTFE.

3. After sewing PPS filter bags, the elasticity of pinholes may become worse and the pinholes may become larger. So we suggest using finer needles or contacting our engineers for better advice.

4. To ensure the quality of PTFE yarns, all yarns are knitted by PTFE without knots.

5. Because PTFE products are very slippery, if the needle is skipped during operation, a little silicone oil can be added.

PTFE is a fluorocarbon solid because it is a high molecular weight compound composed entirely of carbon and fluorine. PTFE is hydrophobic: due to the high electronegativity of fluorine, fluorocarbons exhibit reduced London dispersion, so they contain neither water nor water. PTFE has one of the lowest friction coefficients of any solid. PTFE is used as a non-stick coating for pans and other cooking utensils. It is very inactive, partly because of the strength of CF bonds, so it is often used in containers and pipeline systems for reactive and corrosive chemicals. Where PTFE is used as a lubricant, it reduces mechanical friction, wear and energy consumption.
